With over 20 years of experience in corporate business, Wally Lathan, a graduate of Clemson University, brings a high level of professionalism and experience to the team at Borne. Wally entered commercial real estate in 2004. Wally has excelled in land and investment property sales and is actively working with investors and developers both local and abroad who are investing in the Upstate of South Carolina. Wally joined Borne Real Estate in October of 2007 and immediately made an impact with over 2.5 million in sales within his first 60 days with Borne. Wally's ethics and commitment to his clients have earned him the trust of the real estate investment community.

Teresa Page

With over 20 years of Sales/Marketing experience in the Upstate, Teresa Page continues to be one of the top producers in the Spartanburg market. A multi-million dollar producer with a strong focus on Relationship Management and Creative marketing, Teresa loves this area and has been able to focus her knowledge of lake, farm, and custom homes on matching buyers and sellers with their perfect home. Teresa and her husband, Buddy, love to travel and enjoy camping and boating, and live on the beautiful Lake Blalock. Teresa has 2 sons: Benji, a soldier deployed in Bagran, Afghanistan and Jordan, a sailor stationed at Mayport, Florida.

Carla Glover

A native of the North Carolina Mountains, Carla has lived in the Upstate for 25 years.

Carla comes to our market with an extensive background in the Cardio/Vascular Nursing in the Spartanburg medical community. Her strong organizational and people skills have helped her to excel in several management positions. A love for design and real estate investing led her to Real Estate Sales. Carla brings a wealth of business relationships and community involvement to our team. She lives in Spartanburg with her husband Rick, who both love to travel and enjoy boating on Lake Fontana. Carla has two sons: Brandon, who lives with his wife Blair in Boiling Springs, and Brent who is a US Marine currently deployed in Japan.

Brian Rash

Brian Rash is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. Having been an active businessman and establishing three separate dot.com companies, including the development of one of the largest Internet service providers in West Virginia, Brian entered commercial Real Estate in 2003 and immediately became involved in securing a major development in the fast growing Cherrydale area of Greenville, SC which is now home to some of the most well known national retailers and restaurants in the United States. Brian has assisted investors and property owners from as far as California in the acquisition of and sale of investment and income-producing properties. Brian is dedicated to the broker/client relationship and has enjoyed making lasting friendships along the way.
